It was good. Its cool seeing any version of this on the TV. Excited for part two. The post credit scene was a little weird. Didn't feel like they gave any context.
Yeah I quite enjoyed this; I can't remember the last time I ever watched an animated film like this, but I liked everything about it. Story was intriguing, voice acting was good, animation was great, etc; bring on the 2nd part
A big flaw in the '90s Batman movies was the constant need to have two villains doing everything in equal doses – and often times teaming up when it made absolutely no sense for them to do so. Paring that back is totally fine.
I like having Penguin in just a few scenes as world-building. The focus is supposed to be on Riddler here, after all. Overstuffing movies with villains is how you get gutter trash like Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Dark Knight Rises was pretty bad compared to the first 2 films in the trilogy. The movie is a 7/10 at best.
Dark Knight Rises has issues obviously but I don’t think being overstuffed with villains is one of them
definitely more a fan of the superhero movies where its just one hero and one villain. i know im in the minority with that opinion.
I don't think you are necessarily. Outside of, like, the Avengers team-up movies I think most people prefer it that way. I definitely do.
