Big bummer, but he will likely be fine. Hopefully the reason it was caught is because they were testing well and he didn't spread it too much.
Although it’s a Batman film, there are bound to be many scenes without Pat that could be filmed until he gets better. As long as the actors and screw were not around Pat.
