And Michael Keaton as Batman. And Ben Affleck as Batman (though his movies ended up being crap anyways, so didn't really matter). Controversial casting decisions are kind of a tradition w/ this franchise, lol.
High Life, Good Time, The Rover, Damsel, Lost City of Z .... He's seriously someone who I'll see whatever he does at this point. And he's in the next Nolan movie. If anything, I'm surprised he's getting back into these huge franchse/tentpole movies.
He's been so good. And now he's got The Lighthouse, Nolan's next movie, and Batman on the way. Can't wait for all of it.
Again...after creating my second favorite trilogy of my lifetime, I have great faith in Reeves. The script matters more than anything though.
Fucking love Pattinson, happy for him. Don't do some fucking stupid robotic voice bullshit, don't do harsh whisper growl. After the recent DC outings, I want this to be as grounded and low key as possible.
It certainly seems like they took this entire project back to the drawing board and are now taking their time with the development. I think that bodes well.
I for one am shocked at the development that the internet has negative things to say about a comic book movie announcement. Shocked.
