It does feel like Court of Owls and/or Hush is the obvious direction to go, either here or in the theoretical trilogy conclusion. (Hush to me is overrated and not great, but if you wrapped that into the Court, it could work as source material for a dope The Batman sequel.)

I also maintain my “the last one should tell the story of this Batman taking on a Robin” take. Probably not Dick, since there will probably be a Nightwing in that share universe shit plus that Dynamic Duo movie, though the circus crime angle would likely work well. Maybe do a big swing, like Carrie Kelly or whatever?

 

I think Part II should reveal whatever villain Batman was dealing with was funded/controlled by the Court thus revelaing them as the main enemies for Part III

 

Adapting The Cult would be sick.
