His joker in the deleted scene was horrendous. He's such a wonderful actor so I hope it's completely different this time around because The Batman was a very good film.

 

a joker in the background occasionally causing chaos is fun, as the main villain again...boring.

 

Reeves has hinted at other villains for the 2nd movie, I really wouldn’t worry about Joker being the main villain before the 3rd one.

 

Maybe they will just flesh out what the deleted scene and make it a clarice and hanibal type thing

 

This is exactly what I’ve always assumed would be the case since he posted the delete scene. I don’t think Matt Reeves is someone we have to worry about. I have nothing but faith in him

 

I thought Barry was pretty much doing Heath Ledger in that deleted scene.

The first one was delayed a full year too. Part 3 will more than likely get delayed a year as well. It’s just the nature of these movies.

It kind of underscores that without Batman, the Penguin is just a generic gangster doing generic gangster things.

I’ll check it out, but can’t say I’m hyped for it.
