The Schumacher ones are definitely the best. Tommy Lee Jones and Arnold Schwarzenegger were never more delirious.

Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy is the most fun a Batman movie villain will ever be.

Loved that movie as a kid. Had it on VHS.

Not the greatest movie, but hey, I was 5 when it came out

Thurman in general has been underutilized throughout her career. She is almost always an essential part of whatever movie she is in.

I enjoyed the Lego Batman movie and thought it was fun. Was it great? I'm not going to say that, but what I will say is I watched both the Lego Batman movie and Logan on the same day, and they both made me tear up.

This thread is the first place I've really seen anything negative said about the LEGO Batman movie

Round 4 tonight, likely the last in theaters. What a run. Definitely overcompensating for all the missed movies during the heavier parts of the pandemic. But getting the chance to see this on the big screen so many times is a pure joy.

Hope we get a home release with Reeve's four hour cut.

I would have seen it at least 3 times by now, but I’m trying to drive as little as possible for obvious reasons. On the plus side itd be with regal unlimited so no cost there, but I gotta watch the gas usage. I’ll probably see it at least one more time before it leaves theaters.

I live only 10 minutes away, just being really conservative with gas at the moment.

I have a 12 gallon tank and a decent daily commute so I maybe use a tank and a quarter, so 15 gallons a week. Gas here has gone up about $0.90/gallon so $54/month more on gas. That's not nothing, and it sucks, but it's not influencing if I can go to the movies or not.

A 10 minute drive is probably what, 4 miles? Let's say you get 20 miles per gallon so that's .2 gallons. Say gas was $3.50 before, that trip cost you $0.70. Add $0.90 to the gallon price so it's now $4.40, meaning it's an $0.88 trip. You're not going to go to the movies to save $0.18?

how much you guys think it costs to fill up the the patsmobile tho

There's the real question. Gotta be several hundred dollars a tank right? Premium jet fuel, not that 87 grade unleaded stuff. Maybe 2 miles to the gallon?

Probably saves a bit by buying in bulk

Why do you guys think he only used the Batmobile once and was constantly riding the Batcycle? MUCH cheaper to fill that up
