Great read but more importantly it reminded me of the previous GQ feature where he nearly blows up his kitchen trying to make his absurd pasta creation. I can count on one hand the amount of times in my life that I've laughed out loud at the written word, and that story had me legit gasping for air. "The fucking electricity...Oh my God..."

 

I get home from a work trip to Italy the night before this and should probably stay home until I can get a pcr test.
