I couldn’t me pumped for this film.

 

I mean if its just a screen test does that mean its the finished suit

 

Isn’t this early in his Batman days? Makes sense for a more rudimentary helmet.

 

Yeah I mean could be prototype suit, the rawness of the chest versus the handmade leather look of the cowl, who knows. Could not be the only suit we see in the movie. I love the music and vibe in how this was introduced though. Very excited to seemingly be getting something different.

 

Looks very year one.

 

My god Pattinson is going to be perfect

Really excited to see Pattinson as Batman. He’s going to do great.

The music is very whatever to me. Nothing will top the score in the originals for me.

It takes a very specific jawline/chin to make these kind of cowls work without the chin strap. Luckily Pattinson 100% has it

 

Robert Pattinson’s Bat symbol may have a story behind it

This is a fairly new development in the comics and appeared in a story by Kevin Smith and Jim Lee in Detective Comics #1000 entitled “Manufacture For Use.” In the story, Bruce Wayne melts down the gun Joe Chill used to kill his parents and turned it into armor that went beneath his Bat symbol so that it would “protect his heart.”

If this is indeed what is happening with Pattinson’s suit, it appears it is more about symbolism than armor, but it will be quite the statement if it is discussed on screen.

The speculation is it might come from the Kevin Smith run

After Watchmen I wish Trent and Atticus were scoring this. Actually I wish they scored everything.

I get more excited for this everyday. The mood in that teaser was perfect.

 

The music was really off-putting, but he looks so good. I want this movie right meow.
