I don't recall absolutely hating "Roses" but I also haven't listened to it (or wanted to) since the first time I listened to it. Which probably says it all since the first time I listened to "See Through" I think I played it 20 times in a row.

 

It’s unequivocally my least favorite song from them :/

 

"See Through" is an absolute pop rock banger

it wouldn’t have bothered me so much had the first two songs they dropped after their little break had been so perplexing after a ton of great stuff ahead of the ep.

 

So scared the bad streak continues :/

 

Hopefully this one is the winning single.

Closer to the Tryhard EP for sure but production is a very different style.

Honestly, the chorus is sort of... pop punk? I can't explain it.

Also don’t like Roses at all, but the new song is WAY better. Very immediate for me, sadly can relate to the lyrics quite a bit as well. I could see this one being really popular.

 

Glad to hear the new song is different than Roses cause that was an absolute dumpster fire for me.

 

Oooh the new song is good. More on the rock side than the pop/synth sound.
