Nice to see an album release date that's close and not 6 months away like most bands seem to be doing these days.

Same reaction here. Was hoping for something with a little more bite this time.

 

I actually like this more than the last few efforts. But the record is mixed like complete shit, completely muddled to me.

I still can't believe how boring that last album was. These guys are usually pretty consistent. The Dark was great

I really like this one. There is something about their recent production that is driving me insane though, and I am not a complain-about-production guy by any stretch of the imagination. There is this really muted/muffled sound going on and when you compare it to their earlier work (specifically the early EPs and tryhard) the vocals are also less prominent. I think it is really taking away from the soundscape of some of these songs.
