This was honestly the most entertaining episode of this show I can remember in a while. Tyler calling Luke short had me actually dying
Abusive Luke was somehow even worse this episode, it's unreal. His God hail mary really sealed the deal for his trash self. Bummer seeing a few good ones go home. It's really interesting how much they seem to be giving away on the previews. Either they are trying to be like "look you guys, she's gonna eventually call him out, we promise!!" or it's a bait and switch
I agree. I don't know if we saw enough of him for there to have been a bachelor edit however. Maybe he went to Paradise?
I cannot wait to see Demi again on Paradise. She is probably my favorite “contestant” in my few years watching this show.
I have not read spoilers but I have a strong feeling we’ll be seeing Dean again and I honestly think he and Demi are perfect for each other.
I’ve read some of the Paradise spoilers and it’s WILD this summer. I can’t think of anything recently that has been this good.
My wife had both this Bachelorette season and Paradise spoiled for her by freaking Newsweek headlines that appeared on her phone's News app or whatever
My twitter started suggesting that I follow reality steve last week and started showing me some of his tweets even though I do NOT follow him and no one I follow was retweeting him and I was like “NO STOP” and muted him right away.
I already had this season spoiled and two major storylines from BiP. It's all in the headlines. Even when they leave a detail out, it's still obvious.
man can i just say I fuckin loved Garrett's game plan this episode? seriously, though. how has no one else had that idea yet, to get Luke as frothing mad as insecure as possible ahead of time with Hannah? that's always when he shows his whole entire ass and finally someone had the thought to explicitly manipulate it like that. if only It worked.
Honestly, Hannah and Luke deserve each other. If she's dumb enough to keep a manipulative asshole like him around then they should end up together
I say this in the context of a reality show, the producers probably urged her to keep Luke on until the very end because it's "good television" and we all can't look away, even though everyone hates Luke P and wishes he would have been gone months ago. I don't think he'll end up being the one because I doubt the show creators would even let him be the final choice, unless the show has hit an all-time low. We can see from the preview next week that she finally gets fed up with his shit and more drama ensues which is what everyone watching really wants. The show has to have a "bad guy", it happens almost every year.
While a lot of guys like Luke have felt like producer work this really doesn't feel like it. It genuinely feels like Hannah's being manipulated and has feelings she can't shake due to the manipulation and I sympathize with her so much. Also in general I agree that producers like villains for "good TV" but this doesn't feel like "good TV". Cam would be "good annoying villain" material and Hannah was able to send him home really early, Luke is beyond that.
I haven't watched enough of this show in the past so I can't speak as to previous "villains" and whatnot. My initial comment was super insensitive and I apologize for my ignorance. I guess I was looking at it through the context of a TV show and what is entertaining rather than this guy being an actual psychopath that will say anything to win. Like I said, it does appear from the preview that she is finally fed up with him, which is great. I think she's been able to see bits and pieces of what makes him so crazy, but then he feeds her exactly what she wants to hear and gets another chance. I almost forgot he actually was supposed to go home before he walked back in and put on another show to change her mind.
Wow my friend sent me a link to an article and I saw it was hannah’s Photo but title didn’t come up and I said “don’t tell me I’m spoiler free” and she had the AUDACITY to spoil it.
