I actually really like Lauren. I get that she is pretty boring ass TV, but I totally empathize with her nerves and how self-aware she is. She knows that she breaks down on these dates, but she's real genuine about it.

 

I don't know. I get being nervous, and it's obvious that Arie sees something in her, but I'm starting to have flashes of Peter with her. Saying you normally need to be friends with a guy for 6 months before becoming official, but then going on a show where an engagement is expected after less than 5 dates over 2 months of filming time just reeks of her not being aware of what the process ultimately is. Plus she's a bit of a foil compared to the more self-assured and boisterous personalities that are left (Bekah M., Sienne, Tia, etc). That original comment was more of a critique of how she appears on TV though.

 

That date made her look like she had no personality, I agree.

 

Fair points, I still like her overall even though I wouldn't call her like, a favorite of the season

 

I liked her 21 questions conversation. It was cute.

my girlfriend started watching this season and it's the first time either of us have seen a single episode of the show

I really wanna know more about that girl's bumper car trauma. Also saw a girl singing to a taxidermied seal. This is good TV.
