Not directly Bachelor-related, and may have been previously discussed, but is anyone watching 12 Dates of Christmas on HBO Max? We’re loving the shit out of it haha. It’s so cheesy and Christmas-heavy but with all the drama and craziness. I hope they do it every year.
Watching last nights episode. Gutted for Riley. Taysha has to do right by her heart, and better to drop him now than string him along to the rose ceremony... but still... love is an unfair game
That was probably the best hometowns I've ever seen, really great families. Lots of bests this season
yeah he handled everything (both the breakup and the tell all) really really well. Could tell he was really hurt, but was simply honest about his feelings and at the same time remained respectful of Taysha. Was nice to see him get a bit of closure and get confirmation it wasn't the result of him opening up more. Hope he finds the right person for him.
I understand that due to filming timing, they couldn't have a bachelor from this season, BUT damn if there's aren't a ton of great choices this year. Hopefully they find out a way for at least one of this cast to get a shot. They'll all be great on Paradise though.
There's always a couple or two that hit it off right away (like a Jade and Tanner) and just chill all season, it'd be cool to see either of them have that
too bad like all the girls from pilot pete's season were trash and these guys are all way better than them maybe we'll be blessed with a good cast for next season
I don't know if anyone else recognizes the crossover, but Ben's family member he brought (Antonia) is one of the most well know chefs in the country. She's one of the most well known chefs from Top Chef, has multiple restaurants in LA, is on Food Network all the time. Anyway, it was very strange to see her on the show, but I read up afterwards and she trains with him at his gym so that's how they became friends
This breakup is so Riley hurt because he did everything right and it just wasn't right for Taysha and that's sad but its part of life. But at least he can head out with no regrets. Ben... I want to both hug him and smack him. He fucked up so badly but also so understandably. And is gonna have to spend the rest of his life wondering what would've happened if he had just been honest with her.
While she was certainly looking for that validation, he was never going to be able to effectively communicate his feelings as her partner in any type of future they could have. While it’s easy to pin point this one moment, I think she felt that in general and knew she had to move on.
