Saw them in a tiny basement in Liverpool on the Mare Vitalis tour - Fantastic Supported by a really underrated german Emo band called Sometree
Tour dates are popping up. The Atlanta date says it’s with Short Fictions so I’m guessing they’re on part or all of the tour as well.
I wonder if this is the Low Level Owl tour they talked about doing this fall? That would be sick if so! None of the event pages mention that but I’m hopeful!
They're in Tampa tonight. Debating on going. Haven't been to a show in over two years and I'd love for this one to be my first one back.
Seconded. Go! They were the last show I went to pre-pandemic and the new (at the time) material was incredible live.
They had just released their latest album when I last saw them, and yeah the material is incredible live. Currently trying to figure out the venue's vaccination policy before buying the ticket
Great set. I forgot earplugs (it's been a long time since I've been to a show) and I forgot how massive this band is live. Unfortunately they opened so they only played a 45 minute set. Setlist: Time the Destroyer Forever Longing the Golden Sunsets Song 3 Chaotic Waves Petition Kilgore Trout Last Words and Final Celebrations Asking the Fire for Medicine Fight Song 5 songs from the latest album. Pretty good set. Forever Longing the Golden Sunsets was a nice surprise. People were into it, and everyone freaked out and sang along to Fight Song. Good first show back!
I like Illumination Ritual more but this one is fantastic. They don't really have a single bad record.
I just listened to it again today for the first time in like a year and it blew me away all over again.
