Seeing Modern Love in someone else’s top 10 may be what convinces me to make a list. I was thinking that nobody else would pick the same songs for people like Bowie (especially if I end up limiting to one per artist)

Some of yours fell just out of my top 100, like Backseat and Finding Something to Do. Both incredible songs!

Sell me on Sleep? It's always been my least favorite on Black Parade, tbh

Sleep was my least favourite when the album came out but it eventually grew on me a ton and seeing it live pushed it into being my favourite song on there. Just love the melodies on there and the wall of guitars at the end with the screaming in the background.

 

Their best song is “Famous Last Words” anyway

To be fair, it's a big ass block of text and is hard to read!

I don't know what surprised me most: only eight Oasis songs, or the presence of Keane.

 

lol that song is undeniable and there were 17 oasis songs at first draft. i had to restrain myself.

i guess I could cut it down to 50 so it isn't so hard to read. idk a better way of doing it.

 

What do you mean by "chorus covers"? Artists/bands posted in the news section? IMHO I don't think we should restrict what artists/bands are on peoples lists, defeats the purpose of a list of peoples favorite songs if they cannot include certain artists/bands.
