Looks like TNT is trying to venture into "prestige drama" territory.

Executive produced by Cary Fukunaga. Starring Daniel Brühl, Luke Evans, and Dakota Fanning. Two of the directors listed on IMDB are Jakob Verbruggen (House of Cards, Black Mirror) and James Hawes (Penny Dreadful, Black Mirror, Genius).

  2. Did anybody catch this last night? I thought it was pretty good. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Is this about (or inspired by) Albert Fish?

  6. I'm enjoying this. It's been effectively moody/creepy so far.

  7. After this finishes up those that watch let me know if it’s worth watching

The finale was pretty anti-climatic but I really enjoyed the show overall

I’d def say it’s worth watching. The visuals, production values, costumes, etc. are top notch.

The actors’ charisma pulls you in more than the dialogue. And the show really suffers from having to be constructed with commercial breaks factored in, IMO.

But overall, it’s a solid technical achievement with enough other stuff to make it worth your time.

  10. It's pretty reserved, but it's so well made that I was always engaged. This is probably my favorite show the year so far.
