Season 2 wound up being a lot of fun even if it nearly abandoned the whole mind move concept

 

Season 2 was great after the slow start but I’m not that surprised, didn’t seem like it caught on the way I hoped it might and the s2 end def worked as a series end. Still bummed though I definitely was hoping for another season.

 

Apple baby what is you doing.


Huge bummer as I loved S2. It was completely different in tone than S1 and I enjoyed it even more than that first season.

For sure. Ken Jeongs episode is great.

 

That can’t be true because he is unbearably annoying!

 

He's actually a really good actor, he just doesn't show it very often

 

I thought both seasons of Afterparty were pretty good. Didnt think S2 was too bad a drop in quality and the cast was still really great even if the story/mystery was more predictable this time around. Bummed its not coming back mostly because it means less Sam Richardson in my life.

 

I am on my 3rd attempt of finishing the Ulysses episode. I really hate this one.

 

Took a while for me to get through it, way worse than the first season unfortunately. Would have still watched season 3 but also not really too upset it's cancelled

 

Yeah there were a couple of good EPs in the middle but all in all forgettable

 

I couldn't get through S2, was a massive dropoff from S1 unfortunately. not too surprised at the news as I don't really know anyone outside from this forum who watched it. anyway there's just so much good stuff on Apple TV it's not really a loss

 

Finally finished the season and definitely agree that it got a lot better in the second half of the season, I really enjoyed all of those episodes. Bummed there won't be more now.

That's twice that I genuinely did not predict the killer at all on this show haha. Speaking of which...
