Season 3 starts November 20
Season 3 trailer, I am beyond excited for this to come back
Stoked. This show has me mesmerized always.
Definitely one of my favorite currently airing shows, I actually had no idea it was back next week until today
First episode is on demand
haven't seen a big promotional push for it, knew it was coming back but it did sort of just creepy right up under the radar
Strangely enough it was a billboard that let me know, and I thought billboards were ancient technology!!!
I'm so behind, but I watched the first two episodes last night and will hopefully watch at least two more tonight. Both the first two were solid, interesting start to the season for sure
Season has been solid but definitely a little directionless. Really have no idea what the destination is for the finale.
Wow the fifth episode was one of the best of the series
Season 1 was great
Season 2 was okay
Haven't found the motivation to start Season 3 yet
I've seen most of this show because my girlfriend likes it but I am not really a fan. It's just so damn drawn out.
Hate to say it but this show kinda sucks now :(
S1 was so perfect :(
This thread's too much of a bummer, I think the show's still great even if not S1 level. Everyone is so fucked up right now it's hard to watch at times, but I'm still very interested in their lives and where this goes
I still need to catch up on last night but I don't think there has been that much of a drop off since season 1. Each season has floundered at some point. I definitely have been invested in seeing where things go.
Dig this season but the latest episode is definitely the weakest of the season
Maybe true, but I was still enthralled by it. Seeing Noah's descent into addiction and more, and how Helen reacts to it, from both of their sides, was fascinating. Noah caring more about his shoulder and Helen focusing on the neck. Maybe pointing to Noah not actually having that bad of a shoulder injury? More of it being in his head? It definitely took me back to a season one feeling being able to have the side by side timelines of the two of them
I just feels directionless. Like I'm spinning in circles in a pit of misery. The "dual perspective" shtick that made it so good in the first place is basically gone. There was a glimmer that'd it'd be back on focus in the early Noah/Allison episode, but alas...
The performances are still spectacular. But I just feel like the show completed it's natural arc with the S2 finale and is just winging what to do with there guys going forward. Scenes like Helen visting Max were just painful to watch.
(I am an episode behind tho)
I guess some of you won't actually like this, strangely, but the show has been renewed for Season 4
Will really depend on how this season ends for me to generate any sort of reaction to that news. The season is just really struggling from a lack of a greater direction. Where does all of this depressing, morbid stuff lead to? It's not interesting to just watch characters be miserable for no other purpose than being miserable at the moment.
Yeah... Don't get why there is going to be another season after that finale.
It was a weird season for sure, and a strange finale, BUT overall I still did like it, show is always strongly written.
Next season hopefully will have more Cole/Allison, as for Noah/Helen, it did seem pretty wrapped up so I guess we'll wait and see
So the show just flashes forward to Noah miraculously being better without explanation?? (After never giving a reason why he went mad in the first place?)
They're not really going to give of much of a reason or exploration of why Juliette is so in love with a mess like Noah?
I appreciate the parallel of Juliette's affair to the others, but we're really going to spend the finale on her?!?
The last scene was nice I guess. But if someone asked me what this season was about I would have no idea what to tell them.
Sorry 4 the negativity. It's only bc I loved this show so much before
