Glad it’s getting at least a slight theater run. Also, it’s a bit weird that Netflix keeps (very pointedly) not saying the name of the movie. They didn’t put it in the teaser either. I wonder if it’s not actually called The Adventures of Cliff Booth.

 

Would make sense that they want to give it a title that more clearly connects to Once Upon a Time In Hollywood, and Tarantino and/or Fincher is fighting them on it.

saying the name over and over again trying to think of a clever title made me think of the title card from the film and how beautiful it is!

I have a bad feeling about this, not helped by the fact that Fincher hasn't made a great movie since Gone Girl.

 

I have a good feeling about this. Mank and The Killer are good.

 

don't like mank but the killer is good and fun.

 

I should like Mank, but it's pretty dry.

The Killer was fun.

 

Both are great

 

Fincher has two great films: The Social Network and Zodiac.

I’ve liked every Fincher that I’ve seen, but I don’t know how he’s going to handle a Tarantino project

 

As long as it's interesting, I'm likely to enjoy it. I already love the world QT set up and like Fincher's directorial style. As long as it's anything but boring.
