Another person told me it sounds like the first album, I just don't hear it. It is an improvement from their latest material for me, at least.
CREED Announces 2027 'Summer Of '99 & Beyond Cruise' With BREAKING BENJAMIN, SEVENDUST, HOOBASTANK, DROWNING POOL, Others This is a fucking cool lineup.
Actually, now that I'm listening to the full song, it's got some Deftones DNA in the chorus delivery.
I just realized how stacked my concert schedule currently is: 5.6 Alter Bridge 5.8 Footballhead 5.14 Nonpoint / Soil 5.22+23 Inept 2 nights (second one with Janus and Sevdn Day Sonnet) 5.26 Red + Ra (still debating this one) 6.6 Allele 6.7 Augustana / Phantom Planet 6.24 Cold 7.17 Flyleaf 7.18+19 Summer Of 99 fest (still not sure about that one, maybe I'll just do the Crred date) 8.7 12 Stones 8.19 Red Wanting Blue 9.8 President
For the tour it's some guy from a band I've never heard of. No idea who is going to be the permanent replacement.
I'm listening to that band right now, OHKAYA, and I actually wouldn't mind if he became the new singer.
Came here to post this, so I'll settle for the artwork. I hope this means we're finally getting an album.
So hyped. The artwork having the same aesthetic as the last single makes me hope it’s part of a larger project.
Oh shit, you're right. I didn't even catch that seeing as how it's been... (checks notes)... a year and a half since "Awaken". Sounds like with a rollout like this we'll be seeing the album sometime in 2032.
I'm waiting for Alter Bridge to come up (Filter just finished) and they are playing Thornley. I love this.
