Haven't listened to Alter Bridge in a long time but Sevendust coming to France and Luxembourg is rare. Might be my only chance to catch them
Yeah I suggest buy a ticket because who knows when Sevendust would ever come back over here!! They were supposed to open for Alter Bridge on UK leg of their arena tour but Morgan the drummer had to have emergency surgery the day before the band were supposed to leave for the UK so I was proper gutted big time!
Breaking Benjamin Setlist at The National, Richmond That setlist for the Ben Burnley / Lacey Sturm tour is interesting... This is marketed as a BB show... I'm seeing this next week, hopefully it gets better by then.
Agreed, when I was in school I got bullied and got shit for liking those bands so for a long time I kept it to myself but years later those bands.. people actually love those bands in an organic, natural way and it feels great that if a friend of mines asks me what r u listening to and I say Creed.. they would say oh awesome in a sincere way.. that feels validating for me
I wish the music press would stop writing about "Bros" with such disdain. It's just dudes enjoying things they like, do we have to constantly mock it?
It was super fun! There were supposed to be nasty thunderstorms throughout the second day but everything was good at the end. I kept worrying I will miss Creed again due to shitty weather. Creed is amazing live. The production was insane. People were super hyped. ADTR was ao fun. I was pretty much the only one in my section standing up and going crazy for their set. Caught a lot of looks from confused boomers, though. The place was insanely packed and the vibes were very positive. I hope they will turn this into an annual thing (it was about an hour and 45 minutes drive for me).
Catching up on releases I missed in the past month, including the new songs on LOWLIVES' deluxe edition of their latest album. Pretty bangin'
They rerecorded the song and finally released it. They said that all money coming in from the release will go towards mental health organizations.
And now tracklist. 1. Adrenaline 2. Blue Sky Mystery (feat. Filter) 3. Cold Concrete 4. Lock Me Up 5. Last Night On Earth 6. The Mountain 7. Perfect Effigy 8. Wall Dogs 9. Laughing At The Storm 10. Body and Mind 11. Blue Sky Mystery November 7th. Weird to have the same song twice. I hope it's not just so they have a version without Richard Patrick. Hate it when bands do that.
It's so great hearing Finger Eleven again. They look like they're having a good time. And it's a fun song. That said, I expected something at least more electronic with Filter guesting. I don't know if the guest spot is really playing to Patrick's strengths. He doesn't really sound like himself on the verses.
Yeah this is solid. Haven't really followed what they've done the past decade so it's nice to have them back. Looking forward to hearing the band only version because, and no offense intended, but Patrick's voice sounds shot.
