For people who r fans of Shinedown, Halestorm, Seether etc Let's start this thread with Sick Puppies have announced their first album in years!!
Sorry my phone auto corrected by mistake, I have edited it again and its all sorted now, my apologies.
I've seriously waited a long ass time for someone to make this thread so I could participate without being held responsible. Thank you for taking on this terrible burden.
It's all good! Anyways out of all the different genres of music I listen to, the bands I mention plus one of my favourite bands Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Mammoth WVH.. is what I listen to the most without any shame and honesty kept me sane on my normal commute to and from work and when I am out and about normally.
Post-grunge and nu-metal make up 90% of my drivetime commute. And yes, I am very pumped for the return of Sick Puppies. I felt their albums with Shim were getting hokey lyrically, but Fury felt like a return to form and I'm glad they're still operating with Bryan.
Agreed, I hope they do some UK dates for this album cycle depending on Emma's Evanescence schedule. I am definitely long overdue to see Seether live again.. last time I saw them was a co headline tour with Staind about almost 20 years ago!
To celebrate this thread's creation, I'd like to throw out a band called Citizen Soldier that has been fairly prolific over the last few years. The vocalist actually tried to commit suicide at one point and a lot of his lyrics explore feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness, alienation, and despair in ways that are both resonant and empowering.
Had not listened to Daughtry in a while so I thought I listen to this album on my way to work this morning
I'm so glad Daughtry returned to harder rock on his most recent releases, as there was a time I thought he'd be completely lost to pop rock hell. Looking forward to the new EPs when they drop. That said, I think David Cook is the better of the two. Daughtry is more straightforward and Cook is the one who worked with Raine Maida and covered an Injected song.
They cooked. CHEVELLE Signs With ALCHEMY RECORDINGS, Plots September/October Release For New Album Long story short, September/October release, 10 tracks, self-produced, and they're no longer on Epic. They're now on Alchemy, same label as Staind, Puscifer, and Serj Tankian, among others. Let's go.
It’s up on Apple Music with the first single. Such a long roll out. First new album in almost 10 years and it has an 8 month roll out
Mike Kroeger the bassist of Nickelback is on the latest episode of Craig Reynolds the drummer of Stray From the Path's podcast The Downbeat Mike Kroeger - Nickelback
PAPA ROACH And DAUGHTRY To Compete On Tomorrow's 'Celebrity Family Feud' This is so awesome, not gonna lie.
I don't if anyone's a fan of the band Alter Bridge but their singer Myles Kennedy's solo material but he has a new solo album soon and here's a couple of songs off it
