Gonna go out on a limb and make a guess that Koril is the one who killed everyone in the coven, not the Jedi, just based on her character and her disagreements with Aniseya but idk
Even if it was better written, how does Osha know this? It appears they’ve been kept in isolation. What is she basing this judgment on?
I generally agree with you, but I find that folks seem to like talking about things they don't like more than they like to talk about things they do like online. Not just Star Wars, but like everything.
Saying this episode is the worst thing D+ Star Wars has ever done is incredibly knee-jerk and sensationalist. Also, because this high speed chase exists:
That is a very tough choice. I think I’ll have to give the bottom to TROS, personally. I never expected a Boba Fett show to be good. So it wasn’t as disappointing for me.
this comment is not gonna be well-received, and is obviously subjective, but my hottest SW take is that for all its faults (and there are definitely faults there), TROS felt truer to its stated intentions than Obi-Wan did (even if that was a low bar for TROS and it missed the mark in a few key places), and i had a much more enjoyable time watching it.
As much as I have enjoyed a lot of the things that have come from Disney+, part of me feels like Star Wars should have stayed a theatrical experience.
The chase scene in BOBF and the chase scene with young Leia in Obi-Wan are definitely amongst the worst scenes in any Disney+ show. It's hard to watch stuff like that and remember Star Wars is one of the biggest media franchises in the world.
I still feel like the animated series well make up for the few dud seasons of the live action stuff we have gotten. Some parts of Clone Wars/Rebels/Bad Batch are the best stuff Star Wars has ever done, including the films.
Really digging the show. I read all the high republic books and have seen all the shows. The coven gave me big time temple of doom vibes. I am engaged and excited. Feel like we’ll keep getting different POV of the events of this episode throughout.
