Lol love that williams signature is more or less still the same. And that the butcher still uses an exclamation point 20 years later. Also signatures are so fake. Like they can't be real. How are they even valid for literally anything? They're illegible scribbles almost all the time.
Nice! One of the worst photos of me ever that exists is from that show and was taken with Ryan Ross. I thought I was so cool and mature and I cannot have looked more like a dweeb. Like part of me was secretly thinking okay actually is one of these band guys going to fall in love with me? Probably... And then I look at that picture and I like howl with laughter at the delusion
Late to the party, but can confirm the Portland show was great. Amazing setlist. New songs sounded excellent. I loved Will's stage presence. As a Santi stan, I lost my mind over hearing both Neighbors and Seed back-to-back. I wasn't expecting that. Can't express how excited I was to see them after being a fan for 20 years. I missed so many shows growing up in a small town with parents that didn't allow me to attend, so all of these anniversary tours for classic scene albums is healing me a bit. I happened to show up like 15 min before their set, and I ended up standing near these two dudes overly "protecting" their girlfriends. This was a TAI show, not a bro-country set LMAO. No one's getting handsy. Anyways, I eventually worked my way to a better spot, and eventually, near the front after the Almost Here set ended. I was a bit bummed it cleared out, and playing other albums songs to break it up was the right call for this. My beard may be almost a foot long and I get compliments, but I have been envious of Will's hair since I was a teenager, and it still looks THAT good. I'd trade my beard for that head of hair any day of the week. swoon After seeing @Kiana post those "theater kid" Will pics, I knew I had to add this one.
