the unearthed absolutexclusive articles reminded me about the time absolut vodka sent jason a cease and desist letter (presumably because they were going to come out with their own "absolut exclusive" branded vodka) and so he had to change the name of that feature

Correct. I think we agreed I could use it if I kept the E capitalized like that. I’d have to go look for those documents or emails. I have them somewhere.
