I remember when Infinity on High leaked and all the chaos surrounding the shift in sound and the ethics behind downloading leaks and such. And then I think Drew or someone reviewed it within a day or two of it leaking and people went bananas about if he could reasonably have an opinion on it that quickly or something

i found it sorta weird to see because i don't think he ever got into it with anyone here.

 

It’s hard to believe that the poster in question came out of the blue..they seemed way too seasoned at being antagonistic.

 

Couple other quick hits:

-Tm_decomposer leaking the mwY record. We were MySpace friends and he deleted me

-the Aqua Teen Movie Bomb threat one Boston was a fun day on here

-the members only vinyl thread was ruthless

 

I also remember someone had a journal post or started a thread about reverse racism because he went to college and there weren't as many white people at his school and someone called him a cracker but I can't think of who it was

 

Maybe that was the Eda thing. He lied about something

 

and I said this in the Kanye thread but he was also friends with Kyle Mooney and the Good Neighbor guys and they used his picture in one of their early SNL videos

i generally appreciate / miss the amount of decent sized bands that seemed to actively participate in the AP community in a way that has never really happened here

that geoff from thursday or marky from felix culpa etc. dozens of others would somewhat regularly post was rad
