I'm in a very awkward position where I can't afford to go to warped tour (and really don't want to either) but if I cancel on my friend she will have no one to go with. We already bought tickets and booked a hotel room but I can't afford the +$400 cost, plus driving, plus taking that Monday off of work, plus I really, really truly want to go to NYC pride.

I thought Warped Tour ended last year ?

 

They have a few dates and a couple of them are weekend long festivals. My friend convinced me to go but I have no idea what I was thinking lol....

Maybe voice your concerns with your friend and say you’ll go if she absolutely needs you to but otherwise you’re not feeling it and it’s not a priority financially
