This is kind of a weird spin on pizza but thre's a pizzeria in my home town that does a pizza they call a "Brooklyn Sicilian". It's basically a square-shaped pie but it's not thick like normal Sicilian, it's about as thin as a regular slice of pizza. They put provolone and mozzarella down first, then put the sauce on top, then sprinkle parmesan over it. It's pretty good. Wish I had a picture of it to show.
