So I work until 1:30am tonight and just got my schedule saying I work at 9am tomorrow :) is that even legal?

 

i have a Biblical filter on my browser so i don't look or read anything sinful so all i see is "if you've never eaten , grow up."

Unfortunately, yes, it is legal. You might be entitled to some sort of overtime compensation but even that I’m not sure? Also, I’m going to assume that you’re working 8 hour shifts but if you aren’t then it is definitely legal

 

We have like 70 employees and only need 3 openers/3 closers most day so you would think there would never be a scenario where someone closes and then opens the next day
