lol. yeah I never got the point of brackets and band member fantasy drafts. Seems like a whole lot of work for a result that isn't that satisfying or amusing

That fuckin stupidtyonparade guy was such a dick, all the time, for no reason. We used to get into pretty vicious arguments. I do not like being openly disrespected.

@CarpetElf Thomas Gironda is the only guy I've ever blocked on facebook for the same reason. Some people need to learn to shut the fuck up haha

Big cooking thing I disagree with:

Seasoning the flour. You can put shitloads of seasoning in the flour and never taste it. Because typically you want to put enough flour to completely coat the meat, but that usually means 2/3 of the flour gets "wasted". That's not a problem, but wasting seasonings is.

Just season the raw meat directly. Works way better.

 

Other than that though, Tyler Florence is my dude. He has all the best Italian recipes. After I've cooked things a couple times I tend to ad-lib and make them my own way, but I've learned so much about cooking from watching his videos.

But do you add milk for density, @Randall Mentzos ?

 

to the Marsala sauce? Sometimes I use a SMALL amount of heavy whipping cream, milk-fat works wonders for that. But since I know you're not a big fan of dairy I'm just gonna use flour to help thicken it instead

 

Also if you cook down the chicken stock long enough it naturally thickens the sauce
