We could have had Roma break actual barriers and instead they award that disrespectful garbage. They were doing so well early on too! So many great wins and good people getting recognition and then that.

 

Well that was absolute shit for the most part.

V happy for Olivia Colman and I’m glad Black Panther snuck in a couple wins.

 

Watching award shows doesn’t mean you care “about their opinion.” I wanted to see if people I liked won some shit and were given a happy moment. Quite a few were. That ruled.

 

Have to believe that some anti-Netflix bias came into play here

Scorcese’s new one coming to Netflix should be interesting next year

I somehow missed all of the bullshit behind Green Book until tonight. Now I’m pissed because when I saw it I thought it was really good with strong acting. Not really the actors fault but still. As I say at the end of every one of these (minus 2016) fuck the Oscars.
