I feel like it usually goes until midnight, but not this year for some reason.

 

They started playing him off and stopped when he mentioned his dead mom.

it doesnt feel like its been 3 hours so far, this has been a great oscars ao far.

 

It’s a little shorter this year because Kimmel forgot to tell jokes.

 

Lol they start up the music right as the dude is talking about his mom passing away and are like “oh shit” and immediately stop.

 

What’s with this trend of “but this is not for you...” in the acceptance speeches

Lol it’s kind of like a slap to whoever they just most recently thanked

 

And this started 30 minutes earlier than normal
