I don't think this is any kind of spoiler But I watched Manchester By The Sea overnight (excellent film Casey and young Luke were amazing) but was surprised to see Michelle Williams nominated and be on the posters. I reckon she was barely 10mins in screen time (despite it being quality every time she was on) I thin Patrick's girlfriends were in the film more
The scene with her with the stroller is one of most affecting scenes I've seen in a long time. She definitely deserves it on that scene alone.
Like I said she was fantastic but is there actually a screen time amount you need? Edit: I since googled it and found this " Shortest Performance to Win an Acting Award: 5 Minutes and 40 Seconds By Wook KimFeb. 22, 2013 ABC Photo Archives / Getty Images With a total screen time of just under six minutes, Beatrice Straight, playing a cheated-on wife in 1976’s Network, surely made every second count. (She’d later gain a bit more fame for playing Wonder Woman’s momand the jumpy paranormal investigator from Poltergeist) Shortest Performance to Earn an Acting Nomination: 2 Minutes and 32 Seconds English character actor Hermione Baddeley won a Best Supporting Actress nod for her blink-and-you’ll-miss-it work in 1959’s Room at the Top. "
I'm watching right now. It's ok. I'm not a musical fan but has only been 2-3 songs after an hour. It's not doing much for me. Seems like Hollywood just made a movie for themselves so far and a frothing over it yet for myself it's a movie about a city I found very hard to fall in love with when I was there

Omg we have the same picks! I almost wanted to go Barry Jenkins for best director but couldn't bring myself to get disappointed
Anywhere Moonlight wins and La La Land doesn't, I'll be happy to be wrong. I want to get "Moonlight For Everything" tattooed across my forehead like the Academy Award-nominated work on the Joker in Suicide Squad.
Curious where everyone is watching this. My family was planning to stream but we don't have a cable provider and we're having a hard time finding our old TV antenna, haha.
I'm staying at my parent's tonight, who have Direct TV, haha. I'm actually Skyping in my girlfriend though so she can watch it, and we're talking about it over the phone.
