Nowadays I almost exclusively listen to the following: Intro/Set 3, Undo, Milk, Me, Haunt // Bed, Menswear, She Way Out, Somebody Else, Love It If We Made It and The City [EP Version].
I’ve always enjoyed the EPs the most, and never been huge on the latter two albums. Don’t get me wrong, there’s some excellent tracks on both. I do occasionally blast all three on the drive to my gf’s, but I just don’t gel with those albums as a whole the way I do with the EPs and S/T. It’s why I’m hoping Matty’s talk of the EPs and Drive Like I Do actually comes to fruition, because I hold that content on a pedestal - it’s what got me through uni.
Missing out on a lot of their great catalog and pairing it down to like ten songs. Like I dunno? Ten songs out of all they’ve released feels like maybe you don’t like the band that much tbh
It’s just my favourite songs...doesn’t mean I don’t like the band. Yikes. I religiously listen to my favs. That’s what I’m like. Doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the rest. Just not as much.
Ok. As I said: I think you’re missing out on a lot if that’s exclusively what you listen to. You do you. But ten songs? Seems like you like .... not most of their music if that’s all you listen too.
Alrighty then ha As I said. - I do occasionally listen to the albums in full! Isn’t that I don’t like them. I just prefer those specific songs.
