damn the singles are honestly my least favourites on this, bar "Too Shy" and "Frail State of Mind"

on first impression the run from "I Think There's Something You Should Know" to "Tonight" was my clear favourite

 

It’s INSANELY good I can’t believe how much more I like it each time

 

The end was real pretty.

 

Somewhere teach me how the FUCK to make all of the songs play one after the other instead of having to go back each time to start a song with the files I DLed off KL :( flow is killing me

 

I actually adore BDay now...it literally makes me feel just like the video

Tbf it's very hard for me to really love music on first listen. The last two 1975 albums, especially ILIWYS are some of the strongest first listens I've ever had.

 

Nothing will top my first listen of ILIWYS. Makes it really hard to gauge my initial impressions of anything else they've released.

 

Then because just starts (and ends) so quick

 

Streaming -> BDay party is too nice

 

I don’t love that transition from yeah to that song...how you make yeah I know is 4 min but then that pretty ditty 2 min is a sin

 

The complete opposite of the two I just mentioned

 

Wow Roadkill is not a song I should like but it’s dope

 

Really like Roadkill lyrically.

I’m with you on Shiny Collarbone. It’s wicked in parts but whoever’s vocals they’re sampling ain’t my vibe in the slightest. Definitely won’t be in a rush to revisit that.

It’s great but the whole ‘hit that shit’ in the background kills the song for me. Which is a shame cos I actually love the instrumentation in it. Similar to the background vocals in Shiny Collarbone. Not my thing.
