Sincerity is Scary is probably my favorite too. So unexpected and awesome. TooTime and Be My Mistake are probably my least favorites/least revisited outside Robot song
My favorite songs on the album are “Sincerity is Scary” & “How to Draw/Petrichor,” so I’m very conflicted about this post.
I really like HTD, don’t get me wrong - but it’s not on the same level of Sincerity, INLIINWY, GYAT, and Love It If We Made It for me.
Also they band have changed up the release strategy for this album, a lot of the singles from this probably wouldn't be typical single choices compared to the ones for ABIIOR.
When i saw the announcement for Too Shy, i heard Tom Delonge in my head saying, "Here it comes, here it coomes" from Voyeur (Live) off MTaTS.
I never knew they had 4 Gold songs, a Gold record, and a Platinum record. Self-titled - Platinum I like it when you sleep - Gold Somebody Else - Gold Robbers - Gold Sex - Gold Chocolate - Gold
fitting that "the most 1975" song is about to have a music video in the classic black and white aesthetic
There’s a little guitar lick from the intro into the verse that I didn’t hear on the live recordings that’s a beauty.
Holy shit it's going to be HUGE. Jamie and John also seem to be making an appearance in the video too.
I’m not more hyped for this than the other releases but I’m glad there’s a seemingly unified excitement about this
I’m glad I haven’t heard the song yet. Can’t wait for all the people to be mad it doesn’t sound how the live version does.
The live version didn't blow me away like it seemed to for most people so I'm hoping I'll like the studio version more. I'm sure I will.
They slap harder than my ex I can’t wait for this and before someone swoops in she was an awful person
