Anyway I love the lyrics and it’s hilarious hearing nappies in a song, especially the way it’s repeated so softly in the background

I've always thought by night time music they meant the kind of music radio one used to play late night. Which was any genre not mainstream enough to make the daytime playlists.

There's a ton of layering on this track, probably a lot of static guitar parts and whatnot. Of course one single guitar won't sound as good.
