Listening to those DLID demos today. It's crazy that this band has changed as it has over the years.

 

I really hope they re-record 28. When they played it at that festival in Singapore (?) like a year or two ago I lost my damn mind. It’s what I hoped would be the core sound for A Brief Inquiry

 

Yeah, didn't I read somewhere that 28 was supposed to be on NOACF? That song is incredible. I just listened to a live version of it from back in the day that had some shaky vocals, so I wonder if a new version of it will have lyrics.

I've always considered The 1975 a "successor" (of sorts) to Bloc Party, for some reason... at least in my own mind.

 

Is there a legit way to go into your Spotify account and see the actual decade/year breakdown by order and streamtime outside of the cutesy one-off photos and breakdowns?
