They sure did! It was brilliant She wasn’t — they played her climate crisis essay as first track of the encore!
Forgot to update this because I got a bit drunk. 1975 made it through to the final of the Popjustice £20 Prize and lost to Georgia's About Work The Dancefloor (which bangs) by ONE VOTE.

“Notes On a Conditional Form will be a plastic-less album, part of a plastic-less campaign.” I guess I’m biased bc I’m prob not gonna buy the vinyl (at any point soon at least), but I’d say $50 is understandable if they’re trying to figure out how to manufacture all this shit without involving plastic.
Not sure if this was posted here yet... recent interview basically confirming that the U.K. Garage influences are still present on the album... which I’m personally super stoked about.
Saw The Night Game/Martin Johnson recommended him on instagram last night. Great rec. I think he had a hand in writing/producing The Outfield.
Who dat? Nightly released another BOP last night. Victors and The Wldlfe have new tunes coming in a week or two. Woop, wooop.
This was an interesting interview. I liked his "rules for cancelling" though they're a bit simplistic. The Taylor/Beyoncé stuff was a bit of a rough swing but I get where he's coming from.
This rules. All 3 of his singles that have come out this year do. Peter Thomas > The 1975 I'll show myself out...
I'm so fucking happy The Sound seems to have supplanted Sex as show closer and hope they do that on the next tour.
Was it everything I ever wanted Fuck, I never knew that summer started That is the dumbest line and I love it so much hahah, so I guess it’s not so dumb after all.
