Speaking in this week’s magazine, Healy said that the honour “feels good” before shrugging and adding, “it’s a bit, like, ‘So-rryyy,’ isn’t it – for that time you called us the worst band in the world
[at 2014’s NME Awards].”

    lol told.

I listened to this album once back in March but avoided it afterwards for personal reasons (reminded me of ex, yada yada).

I finally listened to it again and wow.. wow. w o w. This is a simply phenomenal record. I know I'm so late to the party but I can't get over it. I am a fully converted believer now hahahaha

No doubt going to be in my top 3. It's gonna be tough actually ranking it somewhere with Jimmy Eat World and Hotelier! Decisions decisions

they put it out in 2013 on a promo 7" split with The Neighbourhood that was sold only on tour. i'm sure people who didn't get one (me) have been clamoring.

Ah did not know. A re release makes more sense. I thought it was only released as a hidden track off sex ep

ohhh that explains why they played it at the concert i just went to. think that was the only EP old song they played.

edit: apparently they played Undo too but i dont remember that....might have been more drunk than i realized lol

To be fair a lot of their more ambient bsides blend together, especially when they have about 30 of them haha

So Rolling Stone is another publication that has seen the light with this band. Even though the write up was a bit condescending.

"Milk" was always one of my favourites live so I'm glad they've started throwing it in the set again.

I massively prefer the studio version of Milk

Yeah I think that's true of me too, but it's because of that I love when it's in the set - despite it being the inferior version (live). Still great.

is it totally awful that im just realizing how fucking amazing Paris is. reasons this band remains my favorite. even over time, songs can feel as though they're new songs and new songs become favorites.

I'll write you into all of my songs Supporter

When the review for the debut album came out on AP, it stated that the album sounded timeless. This is a band we're going to be talking to our children/next generation about.
