Ok now i'm in tears. as a girl who grew up playing in a classical band all through high school, this is just...fucking amazing.

It works pretty well, the whole thing; the last great marriage of a band and an orchestra imo was Metallica, which was fantastic

Thought some songs worked better than others (change of heart was my favorite by a long shot). But what a cool idea. Loved it

Really nice, not the best vocally but it really doesn't matter with that setting. Plus you could tell how nervous Matty was, was quite endearing seeing him be genuinely nervous on stage for the first time in forever. He was loving it and so blown away and humbled/honoured.

Wow. Title track, Please Be Naked, Lostmyhead.... total privilege.

Amazing venue visually - light show stepped up a gear. It's absolutely not a music venue though. Sound was terrible, too quiet and the orchestra barely audible for 95% of it.

Can't wait to watch this one back.

I just watched the clip of "Somebody Else" and I think it was wonderful. I really wish I still had my flute cause I would play the fuck out of this song. I need to get the sheet music and fucking frame it or something.

People were claiming the sheet music at the end. Hopefully it'll make its way online.

It's been such a joy to watch these guys grow. Massive thanks to this site for interviewing them a couple years back.

I'm so excited to see/hear how this band evolves over their career, like to an extent I maybe have never been with a band before??

Completely agree with this. It has become really exciting to follow this band for the last three years I've been a fan of them for

I know what you mean. I think the only other hand that's excited me in the same way in terms of wanting to see what they do next musically and visually is My Chemical Romance.

I give them props for playing ILIWYS, Please Be Naked, and Lostmyhead. As the instrumentals, they're obvious choices in a way, but I don't know that most artists would use that venue to display songs with little commercial potential.

Yeah this performance is cementing them as one of the best bands making music right now. Hard to criticize them that much when their songs are their versatile.
