WOAH. This is a short, short record from these dudes! I’ve always found their stuff all killer and no filler, so I’m really really excited to hear such a pared down album. All of these must be the bangers of the bangers.

Think this will be the shortest (non EP) release from The 1975 to date. A little brevity is appreciated after the expansive last LP.

First thing I was immediately excited about was the 11 track record. I’d have to disagree with the first comment and say while they have so many damn bangers they also have SO many fillers. I’m assuming with 11 tracks there won’t be any fillers or interludes. Either way I’m grateful for another 1975 record!

I'm also with the group who thinks their albums are unnecessarily long / with some fillers

Excited for 11 proper tunes. If four of these are interludes, I’ll still ride hard for it. Let’s go!

I thought the first two albums (especially ILIWYS) really benefitted from the longer lengths, but the last two seemed a little bloated. I’m excited for a condensed album.

I think this band’s variety is great and I appreciate seeing them experiment, but I think right now I really just want an album full of Too Shy’s with a couple dips into their ambient territory.

All killer no filler is definitely not what comes to my mind with this band, but it's all good.

I think a lot of folks have been waiting for an album full of indie pop bangers. I love the 1975, but when i listen to them nowadays, it's a playlist I have comprised of all the hits.

Still excited for whatever this album ends up being though

Well, I do enjoy all the interludes - if only I'm up for a longer listen, but wouldn't consider them "killer tracks" and could sometimes easily skip them.

I assume the first track is just their typical intro track. So 10 tunes. But I'm into it.

Same here. There is usually a healthy amount of bangers on each album, but also a lot of filler at the same time. NOACF had some standout bangers but there were too many slow tracks on there that didn't quite interest me. Hoping for all bangers on this new record.

Maybe the 11 tracks will still total 80 minutes?! Haha, either way the band can do no wrong! Stoked!
