My understanding is that general sale is a fairly small allotment, especially when there are multiple presales.
Now to try for Milwaukee. If I somehow get both of these I am more than happy to skip the Chicago date once it is announced.

Nice. 2 GA for Seattle for $260 with fees. It refereshed when it was my turn then was stuck, so I took the gamble of manually refreshing and then it asked my code and boom, done.
