Just curious because I have a friend who was looking to go, what section GA do you have? I think I bought tickets for Floor 2 so she was looking to get that section too.

Welp I’m 2 hours away so I’m not going to the physical box office. Sucks.

 

Super sick that being an actual adult with actual shit to do is preventing me from seeing this show at the roxy - like I get the intention - it’s pure on the surface but I’m not dealing with that bullshit and because I refuse to deal with that bullshit doesn’t make me any less of a fan than the people who are gonna camp out lol

Like I was even ok with the tickets selling out online cuz at least then I could just pay a premium and buy it at resale but I can’t even do that

Should have done 50/50. Or like 50/25/25 50 for in line; 25 for online and 25 for premium price.

I’m currently listening to the EPs for the first time ever... I know, I know. I think somehow, I always treated the EP tracks that didn’t make the first album as B-sides... boy, that was a mistake. “Antichrist” is something else.

 

Well fuck... I really messed up never listening to these before. This might actually be my favorite collection of music by this band. After so many days recently feeling lost in depression and drowning in my own thoughts, these songs were a lot more cathartic than I expected. Thank god for music.

 

So my friend went to Roxy at like 11pm on Friday night and stayed there over night, she said they only gave out like 125 wristbands to the line which they ran out of at like 1-2AM (2 tix a piece means that they sold 250 of the tix that way, one assumes the other 250 of them are for label/contest winners/what have you). And since you had to give your name and the name of your +1 when you bought the ticket, she put my name down for the second ticket so I'm going on the 10th!

Also keep in mind there is another Roxy show on the 17th. no idea whats going on with that but probably will come up in the next week or so.

 

Flying back to my home state to see them in a few weeks, got my tickets. Ahh, the things I do for this band...

Helped that I had a recent flight cancellation and travel funds as a result. Additional cost for a round trip? $2.00

I'd agree that the two songs after Its Not Living do kind of put a halt on the energy right there, but the final two tracks together are so fucking good.
