The first fun. album might be campy and tuneful enough to cross him over.

 

what do you mean they fucking SKIPPED Robbers, that's illegal

 

I feel so lucky I got to see them play "Robbers" live 2 years ago. If I get to see the play "Me", I can die happy.

 

i fell in love with the 1975 when I heard the live version of sex- the melody matty does for "we're just outside your house and you're making your way down" is pure grand theft autumn FOB melody

 

One thing I hoped they'd do on this tour they're not doing is opening the encore with Be My Mistake and having that lead into Love It If We Made It - it'd be so much more impactful that way I think.

 

They started skipping Robbers a bunch during the last US leg in spring 2017. I think it's pretty difficult for Matty to sing that chorus

 

They skipped robbers the one time I saw them too.

 

I think it's a setlist staple for their Irish and UK shows.

 

You know what would be even more impactful? If they didn't play Be My Mistake at all

 

Many fans told me he didn't do it every show because of that reason. So when the song started at the show in 2017, I immediately started to cry. I couldn't fucking believe it. I still can't some times.

 

They should swap it out for another acoustic song, yeah. I mean it's a decent song but definitely my least favourite on the album.

 

I really wish Paris was a set staple.

always reminds me of 2007 me, getting drunk and being a really horrible girlfriend..

 

Heh, they 'unveiled' this at the opening night of their tour last week, that's pretty clever.
