Yeah pretty sure I did too. I imagine they'll headline Reading/Leeds in 2019 for sure.

"Milk" released as a single today. Roll out of some older songs slowly leading up to Music For Cars era?

Also, listened to ILIWYS last night and I seriously have no idea where this band is going to go next. They do so many things right on that album, and don't retread the S/T that idk what MFC is going to sound like lol. I remember listening to The Sound and immediately thinking it was a hit...it was poppier but firmly entrenched in the 1975. But I never would have expected Ballad or If I Believe You to be on there at all. Going to be hard to maintain my expectations

So, they're listening to Tiny Moving Parts tonight! Check Adam's Instagram for the video.

The caption reads "Not impressed" though...

Damn what game is he playing? It looks like the buster sword from Final Fantasy VII! Maybe he was talking about the game and not TMP.

Haha they are normal dudes my friend. Just dudes with a few albums of music, some interesting haircuts and a few turtlenecks.

This band reinvigorated my passion for music so they seem so untouchable to me sometimes.

I bought my first guitar and started writing music in ableton and on my phone at work cuz of the way matty talks about music and how emotional their's gets me.

it was kind of chilly here in NC so im out here blasting The 1975 and trying not 2 cry on the way 2 work where I'll have to face my kind of sort of homophobic boss and tell him I quit so here goes nothing i guess

DH00280 likely refers to the label's catalog number that they'll use for "Music for Cars"

I checked my vinyl releases of The Japanese House and The 1975's EPs and they follow the same convention, DH##### e.g. the "Music for Cars" EP that I have is DH00072.

Now, I'm completely ignorant of the industry's licensing process, but does a record having a catalog number indicate anything about what phase of production the record is in? @Jason Tate ?

The only reason I could think about this being posted by Jamie is to crypiticaly infer something about their timeline to hype fans.

    UPDATE:

Mike Crossey, the dude who's produced all of their releases so far, posted that he'll be in his LA studio this month. Glad to see they're sticking with on the last of this trilogy ordeal.

Yes that's still on the setlist along with New Year's Eve in which the breakdown has slightly changed.

"Heavenly" has reverted to a version much more similar to the original, old demo.

I like that they're experimenting and seeing what works.

I was just thinking today how amazing it would be to start this record with a mix of “The 1975” and “Intro/Set 3.” I love that song so much, and it would be fitting for their third full length.
