They were fantastic tonight. The light show was amazing. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't seen them in 2 years or because I was on campus, but the crowd was a lot more of the top 40 crowd than it has been before.
One week from tomorrow til the first Chicago show! I can't wait! They need to add Milk back in though, it hasn't been played the last couple weeks.
Saw them Saturday night, and it was just fantastic. Crowd was great, and the band was phenomenal. Awesome night for sure.
how are the views in the aragon ballroom? im coming into town for the show but i have never been, so im just wondering what to expect.
It's a big room, one big floor with a balcony. Google Image search will give you an understanding of what the interior looks like but it's quite impressive in person. Very cool venue. But a sold out crowd can put you pretty far back. EDIT:
It's pretty funny they went from Fall Out Boy and Panic last year to 1975 and Bastille this year. Word of advice: get there early if you decide to RSVP. People were camping out at 1pm last year. Granted, these were probably die hard fans but it's first come first served.
Both Michigan shows were killer! Love the changes to the set lists they made, and the instrumental tracks were incredible, but I was bummed they didn't play This Must Be My Dream either night.
If they don't play TMBMD tonight or tomorrow, I'll be gutted. I love that song so much. Of course they would drop it two days before I fly across the country to see them twice.
The box office lady told me the wrong start time so I missed the first 6 songs tonight. Moral of the story: always get to the shows early.
I was surprised the show *actually* started at 7. I thought for sure that would have ended up as just the door time. I'm glad it was though
It caught me off guard because when I called they said they're scheduled to start at 830/845. I should've known though.
