I for sure was mostly taking the live version of LTFB into consideration when casting my vote for it. That entire outro is just such an iconic part of their career. Even if the recorded version doesn’t reach those highs, I feel confident assuming no person that ever saw that song played live has ever forgotten about it

I can't completely pin-point why Paramore (and anyone else that do this) create such different performances live than what they recorded. Is it because this wouldn't translate as well on a recording? Or do they just have fun creating essentially two different version of songs to create two different vibes- because they see live performance as an different 'medium' and want to express themselves differently or something? Because to me the sound Paramore creates live is more truly 'them', you know? I find it really interesting and want to know what others people's takes are!
