Someone changed the email and password linked to my account. Can’t access it. And they changed the name of the account to something else but have all my pictures still on it

No way to know for sure.

 

I went through this. It was super not helpful at first and wouldn’t let me file a report but somehow finally did. I had to send a picture of myself holding a piece of paper with a code on it lol

Obviously if that account shared a password with any other accounts change them asap.

Turn 2factor on wherever it's available. And hopefully Instagram will help you get your account back.

Yeah I’m going through everything and changing it already. First thing I did. I’m hoping Instagram can get it back but my hopes aren’t high for that

 

To fix this I'm going to need 5 things

1. Kingjohns full name and dob and address
2. Kingjohns mothers given name
3. Kingjohns first pets name
4. Kingjohns Ssn
5. Cinemark movie ticket cards.
