mainly just summarizes exactly how I feel about being very overweight. it's not cool when people say stuff like "just eat less" or "try X-diet" it's not that simple and unless somebody brings it up themselves it's not for anybody else to offer their advice. being big is not something that I can hide when I meet people in person and going through all that BS then being shamed at work by my manager just adds to my depression which causes me to feel hopeless which leads to worse dietary choices.

if this is too long then: don't be a dick, don't talk about food/diet/weight around bigger people unless they bring it up first.

obviously applies less on a message board than in person since you are only judging me based on my own posts instead of how I look.
